You must submit a fully completed and signed application form, which must be supported by the following documents:

• Evidence of identity (passport, driving licence).
• Proof of address (recent utility bill or similar)
• Evidence of personal income via the latest 3 months’s payslips with P60 or latest SA302’s and Tax Year Overviews.
• Last 3 months’ personal/business bank statements (if applicable)
• Last 2 years company accounts (if applicable)
• Copy of lease/AST (if applicable)
• Full details of investment properties (if applicable)
