Portfolio BTL Financing

Diversify your portfolio flexibly and can get ethical financing for your properties

Whether you own them through a company or partnership, need permission to rent them out, or have them financed through a buy-to-let agreement, whether in your name alone or with someone else. Portfolio stress testing is now based on the average of current 5-year fixed rate products (currently 6.6%), making it more practical for large investors.

Am I eligible for portfolio financing?

You should meet following criteria to be eligible for Portfolio BTL financing:

+2 years renting experience

Portfolio landlords must have been renting out properties for a minimum of two years.

Joint applications

At least 1 applicant in joint applications must meet the two-year letting experience requirement.

UK property focus

Applications are only considered for properties located across England and Wales.

Landlords’ credit check

If more than half of a landlord’s properties are financed under their name, they must appear on their credit report.

Join portfolio value

If 1 applicant owns 3 properties and another owns 5, together they are considered to have eight properties in their portfolio.
