Secure funds overseas with expat BTL plans

We offer different options for UK expats who want to invest in rental properties across England or Wales.

Our Buy-to-Let finance plans for UK expats provide an Islamic finance alternative to traditional mortgages, with fair rates and a moral approach. You can use these plans just like regular mortgages to buy rental properties.

What we offer

Seamless leasing

Our Buy-to-Let finance plans are tailored-made for UK citizens living abroad. We offer Islamic financing options instead of regular mortgages, ensuring accessibility and simplicity in acquiring your next investment property with ease.

Flexible options

Choose between our two plans: the ‘Acquisition and Rent’ plan, which is for those looking to eventually own the property, or the ‘Rent Only’ plan, which follows Shariah principles and allows you to lease without the obligation of ownership.

Simple ownership

Using your deposit as your stake, you can buy property with us. Upon completion of payments, ownership is transferred to you. Enjoy the autonomy to sell the property at your discretion will all proceeds from the sale belong entirely to you.
