To apply for UK Expat Buy-to-Let finance, you need to meet these requirements:
You intend to buy property in England or Wales.
You need to be older than 20 to be eligible for financing.
The property’s value falls between £80,000 and £5 million.
For portfolio applications, we require candidates to have at least 2 years of experience as a Buy-to-Let landlord. First-time landlords can apply for standard Buy-to-Let properties however HMO or MUFB applications need prior experience.
You need to have a UK bank account in your name.
The minimum income required is £21,000 for at least one applicant.
