Reporting to: Senior Underwriter
Location: Solihull Office & Hybrid

This role will suit someone who truly enjoys a varied, busy customer service role and is excited about working for a fast-growing and ambitious alternative finance company.
You have one overall aim: to help deliver an effortless customer experience. You will work directly with our Underwriters managing case files, speaking to customers and solicitors over the phone, and generally making sure that customers are served on time and in a professional manner. We are looking for a highly motivated/organised individual with the ability to communicate effortlessly over the phone and process customer requests quickly and accurately. You will be energised by the fast-paced environment and willing and able to switch easily between tasks to ensure the customer’s needs are placed first .
The role requires an easy and professional telephone manner, a cool head, and a willingness to adapt and learn. Great keyboard skills and a desire to get things right are essential. Experience working in the Financial Services sector is preferred but not required.
