A popular product for those seeking to purchase a new residential property quickly e.g. in auction, or whilst waiting to receive sales proceeds or bank finance on an existing residential property.

Available for residential, houses in multiple occupation (HMO) and multi-unit freehold block (MUFB) properties on a First Charge basis. Open to UK and non-UK residents with permanent rights to reside. Can be applied to freehold, or leasehold with 70+ years left on the lease.
